This 1:1 coaching experience combines practical, career-focused tools with the mindset work that creates real, lasting change. Every session is private and personalized, meaning we’re not following a rigid template—you get support that’s responsive to what you’re actually navigating each week.

Instead of broad advice, we’ll dive into the real-time challenges and decisions you’re facing, while helping you stay focused, clear, and in control of your next move.

What if I'm not sure whether I want to stay in my current role or leave?

That uncertainty is exactly what this program is designed to address. Many clients come in without clarity on whether they should optimize their current position or transition elsewhere. The program provides a plan to assess your current situation objectively, clarify what you truly want, and make confident decisions based on that insight—not external pressure or temporary frustrations.

How much time will this require from me?

Beyond our weekly 60-minute sessions, you'll need about 1-3 hours per week to dedicate towards action steps (for quicker results). You’ll find these action steps feel intentional towards your growth and in many cases, fun, versus feeling like “homework”.

The program is designed for busy professionals, with flexible scheduling and practical applications that don’t add significant burdens to your calendar.

What's your coaching style?

My approach is direct, supportive, action-oriented, and results-focused. I don't believe in endless self-analysis without forward movement.

 

We'll balance thoughtful reflection with concrete planning and implementation. I'm empathetic but will also challenge your assumptions when needed to help break through barriers. The goal is always practical progress toward a more fulfilling career situation.​
